Job Description

Join a well-established global bio-tech leader as they expand their Customer Service Team. We are looking for a sharp, high-energy professional to manage the full order process with precision.

  • Handle incoming emails and inquiries (pricing, specs, availability, tech questions)
  • Process orders, enter them into ERP + tracking systems
  • Coordinate with shipping, accounting, and procurement
  • Track order status, invoice clients, and manage resale/inventory

Must Haves:

  • 2+ yrs customer service experience
  • Exceptional communication and follow through
  • High-energy, decisive, great at building trust and relationships
  • Excellent learning and retention ability to gain deep product knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, ERP system
  • Pay $24.00 -$26.00
